Navniit Kkhosla filed FIR 60 against Speakasia , as his payment was stopped due to RBI letter to banks .After FIR 60, EOW became involved and took Data of company under investigation .Because of these two happenings SAOL company could not function .
Navniit Kkhosla became very over confident about his role in Investigation .He though he can make lot of money .He started to meet legal team in thier office even outside , to demand money in exchange for cancelling his FIR . He started to interfere in all court cases even ABA 's .When still no one gave him money that he was demanding,he filed second FIR 66 in name of Vivek Shinde . In this FIR two persons were arrested,again company had to file writ for quashing it .So Kkhosla was giving more and more trouble .It became neccessary to stop him from trying to delay more and more .
Mr Ashok Bahirwani ,Sec,AISPA did sting operation to expose true nature of KKhosla . This will stop his nuisance and after wards can result in his punishment .This is not affecting investigation of EOW, or filing or CS ,or restart .It affects the role of KKhosla in our matter. We have to see the issues separately and understand individual importance of each thing
