Is it tough to get up each and harder to do? Do you not have fun at your job while dragging yourself from bed? Not many people love their jobs, but by transitioning to an MLM opportunity, you may just find that you can.
Don’t let MLM invade your MLM business too much with personal life by overwhelming them with business talk. You may wish to let them try some samples of things you begin. Just try to avoid pushing too hard and too quick. You don’t want to come across as pushy and isolate yourself from people.

The people you already know may turn into your first customers. This gives you with the opportunity to have many repeat customers. Don’t push customers too much or you’ll make some awkward for you. It is a fine line to tread, however it is an important step you need if you want to succeed.
Try including a how-to website as a part of your MLM campaign out. Try showing step-by-step instructions to boost traffic boosted on your site. Customers may linger on the site longer if you implement this. This will greatly enhance the possibilities to getting additional people to join your network. You may also boost your ad revenue.
Try to get recruits to attend events that are live, and don’t forget to attend a few yourself. They let you an opportunity to exchange contact information and can motivate your recruits.

NETWORK MARKETING SUCCESS: PUTTING YOUR PROSPECTS FIRST

Jane and Mary are both in network marketing. They both possess equal talent, resources, and motivation. However, their approaches to recruiting and business-building are quite different.
Jane is determined to enroll as many new business partners as possible into her organization each month. So far she’s been pretty successful at it. In the last year, she signed up 300 people, averaging twenty-five new associates per month and even winning her company’s “Top Recruiter” award.
In looking at her organizational charts, however, she notices that the great majority of her new distributors aren’t doing anything, and quite a few of them have even resigned from the company already. She’ll be lucky if she still has fifteen active people left in a few months. And she’ll be really lucky if any of them are duplicating what she’s been doing.
Oh well, she thinks. Most people are lazy. I’ll just work with the ones who really want to improve their lives. Meanwhile—back to recruiting! After all, if the drop-out rate’s going to be that high, I better get as many new people as I can to compensate for it.
Mary, on the other hand, has been averaging one or two new enrollments per month. She’s been carefully screening and interviewing her prospects, making as sure as she can that they have the skills, resources, and attitudes they’ll need to be successful. She takes the time to get to know them, learn what their needs are, and most importantly, find out if they really want to do what she does. Above all, she wants to make sure her opportunity will be a good fit for her new business builders.
She also expects to do a lot of training and hand-holding with each person she accepts into her organization—at least during their first few weeks. And she knows this will take time.
When Mary looks at her organizational chart, she feels very satisfied that nearly all of her recruits are still active.
In fact, many of them are successfully duplicating what she does and continue to enroll one or two qualified prospects per month. Consequently, thanks to the power of multiplication, her organization has grown in size to several hundred business builders over the last year.
It’s quite clear in this story that Mary is trying to put her prospects’ needs first, and Jane has other priorities.
Now please don’t think I’m about to start preaching some goody-goody philosophy of network marketing. While I admit, I usually prefer kindness and generosity over greed while traipsing down the road of life, there’s actually a very practical, down-to-earth reason for considering your prospects’ welfare above your own…
It’s good for your business.
After all, wouldn’t you prefer to work with loyal, qualified people who stick with it? (Emphasis on the words, “stick with it.”) It doesn’t matter how many starter pack bonuses you earn in the short run, in the long run you’ll never reach cruising altitude unless you have a lot of dedicated folks under you. And that doesn’t happen unless you earn their trust and loyalty by showing them in a very authentic way that you care about their success. And of course, by teaching them how to be successful.
And admit it. Doesn’t it make life a lot more fun when you build long-lasting personal relationships while you build your business?
Giving your recruits what they need and want, thereby reducing your drop-out rate, is also good for the network marketing industry. Just imagine how many disgruntled ex-MLMers there are out there, telling everyone they know that network marketing is a rip-off and that it’s impossible to succeed at it. You know what a problem that creates. If you would seriously like to change that image, join the “Put Prospects First” movement.
In summary, here are four things you can do to accomplish this:
  • Find out what your prospects’ needs are and help them decide if network marketing will help fill those needs. If it won’t, let them go.
  • Get to know your prospects well enough to determine if they have the skills, resources, and attitude necessary for success. If not, steer them gently in another direction. You’ll be doing them a favor, and they’ll probably be grateful for your honesty.
  • Don’t twist their arms or use any other form of manipulation to get them to sign with you. If they’re not already genuinely enthusiastic, you’ve got a guaranteed drop-out on your hands.
  • After they’ve joined your team, take however much time they need for training and hand-holding. Commit yourself to their success.
By putting your prospects’ needs before your own, you’ll be building a stronger organization, giving the network marketing industry a better image, and creating some awesome friendships.

    The best MLM for any person is that, whose products/services or concept easily acceptable in circle of influence of individuals that is different person to person. If any organization of  MLM  has n number of achievers that is not guaranty of success for every one . 
2. I do not Have Big circle
 If some one follow basics of MLM, only 5-10 direct sponsoring required to achieve highest level of earnings. MLM is business of duplication not multi sponsoring.
3. I Cannot Sell Anything
  
MLM is only consumption and promotion base programme.  No selling required, only promotion. Use yr own purchased products and promote them , if any one want to buy, help him to purchase directly from Organization.
4. Success Rate is Very Low
 
Although in every field, always success rate is very low. As compare to others, in field of MLM, no requirement of higher education, big money or relevant office. Only burning desire to succeed, basic knowledge can give big success.

John Addison: 3 Daily Habits of Very Successful People

I believe there are two things in life: results and crappy excuses for not achieving results. As a society, we’ve gotten really good at giving excuses and readily accepting them. I’m not vilifying our society—our days are more jam-packed than ever and it seems like we are constantly being pulled in a thousand different directions. I’ve worked with some very dedicated, talented people who have not been able to achieve the results they should have. It wasn’t for lack of trying; it was lack of good habits.
Your habits and patterns determine the direction of your life, so it should come as no surprise that successful people have successful habits. In my more than three decades in business, I’ve practiced three habits in particular that I think have played a huge role in my success and can help you maximize yours.

1. Winners get out of bed early.

I know the business trend right now is toward flexible schedules, but while you’re in bed sleeping, someone else is out working. And, the fact is, most CEOs aren’t sleeping until noon and rolling into the office midafternoon. They get up early and attack the day. In interview after interview, they say their routine starts with getting up around 5 or 6 a.m. and using the two or three hours before they get into the office to focus and prepare for the day ahead. That may mean exercise, meditation, catching up on current events pertinent to the business or any number of things, but when they do arrive at work, they are more productive and achieve more than most.
The old saying “the early bird gets the worm” came about for a reason. The people who are up and doing are the people who seize the opportunities first, so get up out of bed and put in the extra time and effort it takes to chase success. It’s not going to wait around for you.

2. Be a daily goal setter and a daily goal hitter.

There is nothing wrong with having long-range goals and dreams, but what you do today greatly affects whether or not you will achieve your future dreams. You have to intentionally design each and every day in a way that leads to getting things done that will maximize your results. That does not mean being busy every minute of the day just for the sake of being busy. That means knowing what is important and focusing on those things.
Every night, or in those early morning hours you are using to prepare for the day ahead, set your daily goals. Don’t make goals for the entire week. Just for the upcoming day. Ask yourself what you must get done each day that will produce the most results and only work on those things. And make setting those goals a daily habit.

3. Focus, focus, focus.

Even if you set the goals, if you aren’t focused—and by that I mean working on what’s important now—you won’t be successful. Successful people always know what is important in the moment, they are relentless in getting it done, and they don’t get distracted by unimportant stuff. They have the ability to stay focused when other people are unfocused, which is no easy feat the higher up you move in an organization, because everyone wants a piece of your attention.
If you want to be successful, you’ve got to develop the discipline not to let anything take your focus off the important things that will get results. Sure, it’s going to take a lot of practice to develop that discipline, but at the end of the day those results are going to totally be worth the hard work.
Look, I’m not going to lie to you: Winning and success is quite often boring. It’s doing the same successful thing over and over again. But there is a scoreboard in life and business, and establishing repetitive habits that lead to effective performance is the key to winning results—and results are what matters.
