3. Why the officials of the concerned dept. are not turning up time and again in front of the Supreme court has simple answer that they dont have any charge against the SAOL which they can press and sustain the trail. Friends ! in our country the legal process is very lengthy and this everyone knows then whats new here ? still to our knowledge when the matter comes to supreme court, there happens speedy trial which we are expecting in our case. so please wait and watch the progress .

SUPREME COURT DETAILS...

The events in supreme court happens as follows:

1. The Panelists PIL in supreme court said the first point that all the accounts those are siezed by AP CID, be transfered under Ho'ble Supreme court of india....which our Hon'ble judge agreed and ordered for the same.

2. Panelists PIL asked for the commetee to me made headed by retired Supreme court judge for desbusement of funds to panelists, and Supreme court agreed for that too. and formed a commetee headed by retd Judge Justice Lahoti. along with EOW and Income tax to look after the issue of disbursement of funds

3. SAOL said to Hon'ble Court that Site and data base is under EOW, so, Honable court has ordered SCI to submit report to SCI about site in 2 weeks and return site to the SAOL in two weeks.

4. Next hearing is on 20th october, its regarding SAOL way to deburse funds to panelists.

SUPREME COURT DETAILS...

As it was expected supreme court had taken an initiative and form a committe of retired judge which will see all the proceeding of payement .And supreme court had also given his hard verdict on eow and IT departmenet  to give there report in two weaks .and more detail update will come soon.In short we can say that we will get our money soon because a reitred jusdge will supervise all the proceeding of the payement and the main  duty of judge will be to see all the money send to panelist with the mutual understanding between rbi and speakasia .so it is a greate news we could see the money in our account soon .And supreme court had strictly orders EOW to file his report against court in 2 weaks .In short this is a victory day for us .It will be a milestone for speakasia and speakasian by ordering to EOW the court had show the intention that court need to verify the legality of speakasia .And next hering has been scheduled on 20 october for the selection of judge and many other technality . Unforyunatly the court was out of time today so they have scheduled the hearing at 20 october . And full and final verdict may come at 20th it is just an speculations .but we have won almost. we will win  fully soon.

 The arrest of Mr. Nayan Khandoor of Brand saloon Inc. is very unfortunate and disturbing.  Mr. Khandoor's company had been hired by SpeakAsia Online PTE. Ltd. to carry out the tasks of search engine optimization and adapting the content and language of the surveys that were uploaded to suit the Indian environment.

 Mr. Khandoor"s company did not create any content on his own and has only merely carried out a commissioned work given to him by the company. 

While the unfortunate trail by the media continues on our company, the authorities are yet to file a single charge sheet in the court despite taking  all measures that they deemed necessary for the investigation.

 This only leads us to believe that in absence of any substantial evidence against the company, the authorities are now aiming at spreading mis-communication with-in our SpeakAsia family.

Every one now better knows that , the things are going systematically , Investigation agencies are submitted their report after investigate this company with every angle, and prove nothing against Speak Asia . and now RBI invited officials to learn about the business module of company.

Guys , some things are need to review ……..

1) EOW has to submit there reports very soon , as per the direction of HC

2) RBI has 2 weeks , but they can put report any day under two weeks and it’s not need to worry about.

3) EOW can’t hand over site , before HC Judgment. It’s Technical term.

4) Exit option is a positive sign and indicates that ,EOW and Court are positive about panelist payments.

5) The communication between Panelist and management is still alive and they are requested us to bear with them.

6) Management lawyers and other officials are active to resolve the things .

PLEASE  CHECK, WHAT IS HAPPENING IN  LAST FEW DAYS-

1. Since the Hon'ble judge oh Mumbai High Court is elevated to supreme court of India, thats why our case in Mumbai High Court got delayed by 21 days, due to the fact that durga pooja holidays came during the course...hearing is on 12th october now. in mumbai high court, EOW, ROC and MCA are involved.

2. Case is also going on in Hon'ble Supreme court of India, that is from panelists side, its hearing is on 10th october. in it RBI, ROC, MCA are involved. SAOL is represented by one among the top five lawyers in india, Mukul Rohatgi

3. Rbi meeting was held with SAOL on 20th September, some queries and documents are asked by RBI, for which 2 weeks time is given by RBI, now SAOL will give results and replies in two weeks to RBI that ends up on 4th october. so it will be sooner. and since RBI is satisfied with the buziness model and work of SAOL thats why they are further interested to get more things related and will give clearence soon.

4. nearly all agencies have finished its inquiry, EOW, ROC, MCA, SFIO, and RBI is doin through meets and documents verification. so in the current scenario, i can assure this only. that if anything faulty or fraudy would have been detected then, neither RBI would have called again for few more things, and also till this time charge sheet against company in various fields and frauds would have been filed, so... its just a matter of some days more, we all will be celebrating our win...as all is in judicial procedure now...it depends on clearence in Courts, and since too much holidays are coming, so hearings are delayed...and things are moving slowly...!!

THE NEW FACTS

The latest news about Speak Asia Online Pvt Ltd management reveals that the website www.speakasiaonline.com will resume its operations within next one or two days. As announced earlier, the exit option will be functioning when the original website is operational within the next few days.

The EOW (Economics Offense Wing) has made significant progress on the investigations last week. At any time, it is expected they will release a positive statement with a set of guidelines to be followed in order to continue the survey program. There are no clues about what are those conditions and every one is eagerly waiting for the final hearing.
After the announcement of exit option by the SAOL management, there are both positive and negative opinion from the panelists. Those panelist who are confident about SAOL's management, they say that once the operations are started with the modified policies (if applicable), the business growth may not be like the case earlier to the EOC incidence, but on a long run, this may not be a big problem to the SAOL's vision.

Once all these non-sense complaints activities gets settled down our beloved company will focus and work on its registration and other important things to resume its normal operations.

7sep court processing

As it was known that on 7th, it was a date of hearing of combined PIL of Kirit Somaiya, which he filed against company, and second was AISPA PIL which was for filing a time frame of MCA ROC and EOW.

now AISPA PIL is in pre admission stage, as the defence is not ready to say anything thats why MCA and ROC asked tme for reply, and date given is 21st sep, it is with regard to AISPA PIL.

second hearing for Kirit somaiya PIL, EOW didnt show up in the court, and the lawyers of them said they didnt found anything negative in the comapny, for which court adviced the EOW and SAOL to sit together and discuss and design a way to clear the payments to the panelists as soon as possible.

So guys no need to panic, all is cleared, EOW has said all is legal in the workings of the company..!!

Website will be active in 2-3 days, and all will get popup on the restart and payment update.
and maybe in next 10-15 or can be even before that the payments will start..!! its conclusive and a win over the false negativity by so called journalist community of INDIA.

AISPA जनहित याचिका जो आरओसी, एमसीए, EOW के खिलाफ है. इसकी सुनवाई खत्म हो गया है, जिसमें EOW मौजूद नहीं था और एमसीए और ROC लिए अपनी अंतिम रिपोर्ट, जोअपने अंतिम एक्सटेंशन कह दी गई है प्रस्तुत करने के लिए 14 दिनों के लिए पूछा. SAOL के खिलाफ अभी तक कोई सबूत नहीं मिला.

The great news for all of us. Since EOW was unable to show anything negative in court today, court has given the judgement that EOW and SAOL has to sit to gather and resolve the case by paying back the money to all panelists . So mostly they will be sitting tomorrow onwards for further discussion.

AISPA Association’s PIL: they need more time which is granted till 21st Sept 2011.
AISPA PIL which is against ROC, MCA, EOW. its hearing is over, in which EOW was not present and MCA and ROC asked for 14 more days for submition of its Final report, which has been granted saying its the Final Extension. No Evidence found against SAOL yet.

Note: AISPA PIL case & SAOL case are both different so do now worry for AISPA’s hearing.
