Dear Viewers, Friends ! we would like all of you to ponder carefully on following three points which probably will answer majority of your doubts: -
1. The intention of SAOL is crystal clear that they want to do business in India. Till now not even a single official, be it RM, ASM or executives, has left their job and SAOL is able to retain them till now. Now you think about it if the Company would not have been sure of its business restart then why would they be retaining the employees ?
2. SAOL has hired one of the best layers in India Mr. Mukul Rohatgi and Mr. Gopal Subramaniam supported by a battery of layers. Mr. Rohatgi is also the layer of Ms. J. Jayalaitha and was one among the layers during Reliance split. Mr. Gopal Subramaniam is the ex solicitor general of India.
Friends ! what else you want from the Company's side?
3. Why the officials of the concerned dept. are not turning up time and again in front of the Supreme court has simple answer that they dont have any charge against the SAOL which they can press and sustain the trail. Friends ! in our country the legal process is very lengthy and this everyone knows then whats new here ? still to our knowledge when the matter comes to supreme court, there happens speedy trial which we are expecting in our case. so please wait and watch the progress .
