HISTORY:-
The first MLM organization worldwide is AVON, started in year 1886, by Mr. DAVID H. McConnell. AVON offered cosmetic products for ladies, now presence of AVON is almost worldwide with a parallel grace of leading brands of industry. The journey, which was start almost 125 years earlier, is now a known
INDUSTRY worldwide.
The credit of first MLM in INDIA is goes to ‘MODICARE’, which was started by famous MODI group of companies in 1996. Since that time this industry is blooming in every part of country. India where language and weather change after each 100 miles, MLM gives lot of smiles to the dense population of India.  SOME MYTHS: -
1. Criteria to Select Best MLM organization.
The best MLM for any person is that, whose products/services or concept easily acceptable in circle of influence of individuals that is different person to person. If any organization of  MLM  has n number of achievers that is not guaranty of success for every one .
2. I do not Have Big circle
If some one follow basics of MLM, only 5-10 direct sponsoring required to achieve highest level of earnings. MLM is business of duplication not multi sponsoring.
3. I Cannot Sell Anything

MLM is only consumption and promotion base programme.  No selling required, only promotion. Use yr own purchased products and promote them , if any one want to buy, help him to purchase directly from Organization.
4. Success Rate is Very Low

Although in every field, always success rate is very low. As compare to others, in field of MLM, no requirement of higher education, big money or relevant office. Only burning desire to succeed, basic knowledge can give big success.

The wonders of this industry are now everywhere in India and abroad.  Where, a housewife is now earning now more than his executive class husband, a college boy is more successful than his professor and a special person enjoyed so many foreign trips than a normal.
Therefore, the subject of this beautiful, wonderful industry can not be explained under one chapter.

A MILESTONE ON VICTORY ROAD MAP

DEAR SPEAKASIANS ,
IT'S GOOD NEWS , YESTERDAY ON 16 TH DEC 2014 ,  EOW SUBMITTED HIS CHARGE-SHEET AFTER LONG TEDIOUS  INVESTIGATION ON SPEAKASIA IN FIR CR 60 . NOW INVESTIGATIONS IS OVER , SAOL HAVE TO FACE TRIAL IN SESSION COURT . THIS IS NOT A BIG PROBLEM FOR US , BECAUSE SAOL HAS ENOUGH CAPABLE AND WORLD CLASS LEGAL TEAM TO FIGHT . IT'S AN NORMAL PROCEDURE  IN CORPORATE WORLD IN INDIA .
NOW , AS PER MY LIMITED RANGE OF KNOWLEDGE OVER LAW PROCEDURE , THE FOLLOWING STEPS WILL BE IN PROCESS NOW : -
   1. LEGAL TEAM OF SAOL WILL STUDY CHARGESHEET .
   2. LEGAL TEAM WILL MOVE COURTS FOR TO RELAX BAILS OF ALL PAST ARREST .
   3. FILE A SHOOT IN SUPREME COURT TO CONSOLIDATE ALL CASES IN SINGLE COURT .  4. ASK SERVER FROM MAGISTRATE COURT
   5. EXIT PAYMENT AND RESTART PROCESS .
ALL THIS MAY TAKE TIME OF 3-4 MONTHS .
TILL THEN ENJOY THE SUCCESS STEP BY STEP .

  नमस्कार स्पेअकसिएंस ,

  मेरी कानून की  साधारण जानकारी  के  हिसाब  से अब निम्न प्रकार से आगे  कि प्रक्रियाएं  होंगी :-
   1. LEGAL TEAM OF SAOL WILL STUDY CHARGESHEET .
   2. LEGAL TEAM WILL MOVE COURTS FOR TO RELAX BAILS OF ALL PAST ARREST .

Current Updates.......

Navniit Kkhosla filed FIR 60 against Speakasia , as his payment was stopped due to RBI letter to banks .After FIR 60, EOW became involved and took Data of company under investigation .Because of these two happenings SAOL company could not function .
Navniit Kkhosla became very over confident about his role in Investigation .He though he can make lot of money .He started to meet legal team in thier office even outside , to demand money in exchange for cancelling his FIR . He started to interfere in all court cases even ABA 's .When still no one gave him money that he was demanding,he filed second FIR 66 in name of Vivek Shinde . In this FIR two persons were arrested, again company had to file writ for quashing it .So Kkhosla was giving more and more trouble .It became neccessary to stop him from trying to delay more and more .

Mr Ashok Bahirwani ,Sec,AISPA did sting operation to expose true nature of KKhosla . This will stop his nuisance and after wards can result in his punishment .This is not affecting investigation of EOW, or filing or CS ,or restart .It affects the role of KKhosla in our matter. We have to see the issues separately and understand individual importance of each thing

SPEAK ASIA

SOME DOUBTS :-
1. In the trial period will the company get NOC from MCA and ROC? Will they ask to wait till the final verdict comes (As the case comes under Prize chits and money circulation schemes (banning) act).

2. As we have heard that MCAs investigating department SFIO is also probing SAOL and we do not know the exact report they have submitted with the Central Government. Will that report affect in getting the NOC from MCA?

3. For getting back the seized website and all other documents company has to file a fresh writ. Will it again delay the process?

4. All of us are aware that Company got an order from RBI to transact exit payout in India. This order is only for Exit Payout or for all other transactions including restart? Or Company has to approach RBI Again for restart process?
CLARIFICATIONS BY Satya Bachan ji :-
1. Company may keep all paperwork ready and move for registration after CS

2.SFIO investigation does not affect restart. One report they have submitted which is a harmless one.

3.For getting back website etc from magistrates court ,does not take long time few weeks only.
4.RBI said it has not stopped banking , and that is end of matter. It will not stop banking again.

We need not go into too much deatils of what all the management has to do .They are getting advice from the top minds and know how to handle the matters. After CS let us give them 2/3 months to solve the issues and then green signal .

SPEAK ASIA - CURRENT STATUS ( SEP 2013 )

Status of Writ Petitions in Bombay High Court to Quash F.I.R's
It is simply that court has shown displeasure at the never ending investigation .The court feels that as PP has submitted IG of konkan will personally see that Chargesheet is filed in Thane Raigard FIR's PROMPTLY .As court feels that IG will take care of these FIR's they do not see need to quash the FIR's .
Order Content:
There are two submissions which have been raised by
Mr. Ponda during the course of his arguments.

2. Firstly, the investigations are being conducted by
various police stations at Bombay and in Raigad, Ratnagiri and
Sindhudurg Districts and Thane District. There seems to be no end
to it and when the F.I.R. has been registered in the year 2011, two
years down the line the requisite reports have not been filed in the
Competent Court by the Investigating Officer.

3. The second submission is that when one F.I.R. is
registered and the investigations therein are being conducted at
an all India level, therefore, for the same alleged offence and the
alleged conspiracy, there cannot be subsequent F.I..Rs inasmuch
as the law is well settled that if there is one incident and one
occurrence, then, there will be only one F.I.R. Any subsequent
information in relation thereto will not enable registration of a
second F.I.R.

4. We enquired with Mr. Gharat, learned Special PP, as to
when the investigations are being concluded and how the
grievance of the Petitioner in relation thereto can be redressed.
After seeking instructions from the concerned authority, Mr.
Gharat makes a statement that the Inspector General of Police,
Konkan Region is an authority competent to supervise and
monitor the investigations carried out by the police officers at
Bombay, in Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg Districts and

equally in Thane District. Under his supervision, monitoring and
control, he would ensure that prompt steps will be taken to
conclude the investigations and to file the requisite report in the
Competent Courts. He assures the Court that the IGP will
personally look into all these grievances of the Petitioner and
ensure compliance with the above statement.

5. In view thereof and in the light of the fact that the
F.I.R. has been registered on 28th July 2011/10th August 2011,
we do not deem it fit and proper to consider the second
submission of Mr. Ponda and proceed to quash the F.I.R. at this
stage. We would keep the second contention open for being raised
before the appropriate Court at an appropriate stage. We clarify
that we have not expressed any opinion in regard thereto. Writ
Petition is disposed off with the above direction.
