#Rules of diet according to Indian 12 months

 #Chaitra (March-April) - Consume Gud in this month because Gud purifies your blood circulation and blood and also protects from many diseases. 4-5 gentle husbands of Nitya Neem should also be used in the month of Chaitra, so you can avoid all the defects of this month. By chewing neem husbands, the defects in the body removes from the body.

#Vaishakh (April - May)- Summer starts in the month of Vaishakh. Bail leaf must be used in this month which will keep you healthy. Do not use oil in the month of Vaishakh because it can make your body unhealthy.
#Jestha (May-June) - India has the hottest in this month. Sleeping in the afternoon during the senior month is healthy, consume cold buttermilk, lassi, juice and more water. Do not eat stale food, poor food and hot things. Your body can suffer from disease by using these.
#Ashadh (June-July) - In the month of Ashadh, use mango, old wheat, sattu, barley, rice, pudding, cold substances, cucumber, palwal, gourd, bathua etc. and using hot natural things in the month of Ashadh may be harmful to your health.
#Shravan (July-August) - Herd should be used in the month of Shravan. Leave green vegetables and reduce the use of milk in Shravan. Take less food quantity - adopt old rice, old wheat, khichdi, yogurt and light good food.
#Bhadrapad (August-September) - This month use light supachya food, due to rainy season, your jathragni also gets dim, so take food supachya. Should consume leopard medicine this month.
#Ashwin (Sep-Oct) - This month can consume milk, ghee, jaggery, coconut, munnaka, cabbage etc. This is prestigious food but still digest in this month because our jathragni is fast in this month.
#Kartik (October-November) - Use hot milk, gud, ghee, sugar, muli etc in the month of Kartik. Quit using cold drinks. Don't consume buttermilk, lassi, cold curd, cold fruit juice etc, it may harm your health.
#Agahan (Nov-Dec) - Don't use cold and hot items this month.
#Poush (December-January) - This season use milk, lost and lost substances, gound ladoo, jaggery, sesame, ghee, potato, amla etc, these substances will give health to your body. Don't use cold food, old food, moth, bitter and rough food.
#MAGH (January-February) - You can use hot and dignified food this month too. Could use ghee, new food, gound laddu etc.

#Falgun (Feb-March) - Use Good This Month. Make a rule of yoga and bathing in the morning. Don't use gram.
